"So easy to lay!

I had already laid a basic foundation, then drilled holes for the vertical bars when I laid out the first course.
​
Dipped the blocks in tile adhesive with some added red oxide, then rendered the wall with the same mix afterwards.
​
The whole thing was finished in just a few hours.
Now I look back on it and can say 'I made that wall!'. "

"I was installing an external lift on the verandah.

Blake laid the blocks with his mate Brenton. I provided cups of tea and a BBQ!

They had to work in with the window installation, and had to cut blocks which they would have preferred not to do, that's unusual for this product and slowed them down a bit.
​
Barbara and I are so happy with the final result, it fits nicely with the rest of the house.
​
But the main thing for me is that it fits in with my support for Ukraine. These same design of blocks and manufacturing method is being rolled out in Ukraine through the charity Mobile Crisis Construction.
